Standard individual therapy sessions are 50-minutes in duration. This allows for focused processing and planning within a manageable timeframe for your schedule.
How often should I attend therapy sessions?
Frequency is tailored to your unique needs. Initially, weekly or bi-weekly sessions are often recommended to establish a strong therapeutic relationship and build momentum toward your goals.
What should I know about fees and insurance eligibility?
50-minute sessions with Alex are $150. Clients are responsible for confirming insurance coverage eligibility for services rendered by a Registered Psychotherapist prior to their intake appointment.
What is the virtual format like?
We meet via a secure, PHIPA-compliant video platform. You’ll need a private space, a stable internet connection, and a device with a camera. Virtual care offers similar clinical depth as in-person visits with added flexibility.
