Outside The Office
Outside The Office
When I’m not in the therapist chair, you can usually find me with a tumbler of iced coffee in hand, trying to finish the half-read book on my nightstand, or completely immersed in a true crime podcast. I’m a big believer that the best ways to recharge involve a little bit of curiosity, a lot of cozy comfort, and honoring the simple things that bring us back to ourselves.

The Story
Prior to becoming a therapist, I studied the sweeping arcs of English Literature, realizing that we are all living out a narrative. Many of the students and young professionals I work with feel stuck in their stories - following a rigid "script" of perfectionism, academic pressure, or burnout, losing the lead role in their own lives.
As someone who identifies as neurodivergent, I bring a deeply lived understanding to high-achieving, performance-driven individuals struggling to find self-acceptance in a world not built for them.
My approach integrates narrative depth with practical skill-building. Together, we will deconstruct the imposter narratives, replace burnout, and build a life blueprint that is authentic, grounded, and uniquely yours.
